MENTAL PREPARATION

REFLECT.
 TAKE CONTROL.

There has been a lot of trial and error in my life. Through incredible highs and lows, I have learned what it takes to be prepared for whatever life throws at me. Now I want to share the process and tips I have learned over the years to benefit you and your ability to handle any situation.

My mental preparation course will push you to become uncomfortable, own your shortcomings, and learn from past and present experiences to help you restructure the way you process and respond to situations. To be Mentally Prepared, you must build new thought patterns, have the tough discussions with yourself, and open up to those around you that have similar goals. I hope you are willing to take the steps to help yourself prepare for whatever comes your way.

How It Works

  • Weekly Written Offering
  • Weekly Engagement Questions/Action Items
  • Input and Discussion from myself (Josh) and other members
  • Application period at the end of each phase
  • Multiple Phases and Course Offerings
  • Takes roughly 30 minutes a week, so no excuse!
