Follow Along







I had the privilege of teaming up with Chris Spealler to help program the Rogue Invitational workouts- and man did those guys and gals crush them! Had to take on the chipper again to try and improve, as the man keeps knocking and demanding his rent.  




The Rogue Invitational chipper was no joke. With a movement that is rarely seen, lightweight DBall Squat cleans, it made for a workout that got you breathing hard, blew up your back, and smoked the legs with all the squatting, rowing, and box step overs. Toss in some Strict Handstand Push Ups for good measure and you were chipping away at a monster workout. Check out how I did below and how many times I have done it so far!
