Payments

If you are seeking a refund, please contact us at support@josh-bridges.com and we will be happy to assist you and review possible refund inquiries.

 
  1. Go to josh-bridges.com
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Click Manage Subscription
  4. Choose which subscription your would like to cancel by clicking "Manage Subscription" button
  5. Scroll to bottom left of page
  6. Click Cancel Subscription

This will immediately cancel your subscription and remove your programming from the app. If you would like to complete programming until your next payment please wait until the day before your next scheduled payment to cancel.

  2. Log in to your account
  3. Click 'Manage Subscription' 
  4. Click on 'Payment methods'
  5. You'll be able to update your payment methods here!

Yes! We offer $5 off our monthly subscriptions.

  1. When you're ready to check out, kindly click on the 'GOVX ID' button. You will then have to enter your email address, click on 'Continue' then choose your background (U.S. Military, U.S. Military Family, Law Enforcement, Fire or Medical Services)
  2. Please enter your First and Last Name then click on Continue to start the Verification Process.
  3. Once everything is verified, a discount code will be generated for you.

Programs

Please note that you cannot sign up or download a program directly from the app. You will need to select and purchase a program via the Josh Bridges website.

Once you have a workout program selected, download and log into the app. Your training will be loaded for you there.
