Increase your lifts in the CrossFit Total: 1RM in the following lifts, Back Squat, Deadlft and Strict Press. This program is meant to be done alongside normal training. That means there may be times where days need to be changed around based on normal training. That is totally okay. 1 Suggestion is to try and keep 1 day between each extra training session. That can be a day or normal training or a rest day.
