Tough workouts, poor client app and plan format

The workouts are very difficult which is great, but the workout plan app is not user friendly, the workouts are written as if you are familiar with all CrossFit exercises and terms and some of the workouts are not clear and concise. Seems like they were kind of thrown together. I will likely continue using it, as it seems to be one of the better plans for fire fitness but it does seem like an afterthought and has a lot of room to be improved.

Fit at 50

I’m currently on my 2nd month and loving program so far. Great mixture on all movement patterns plus a good amount of cardio. At 50 years old this program really helps me move through space in ways I need.

Not your average programming

I don’t review things at all, but I wanted to take the time to share my thoughts on the fit for fire program. The workouts usually take over an hour and are mental grinds if done at the correct weight, but that’s part of what I love about it. It’s not only physical but mental work. The variety of workout style keeps the workouts interesting and they are never boring. I have noticed strength gains in the gym for sure. Would highly recommend!

fit for fire program

I really enjoy the variety of workouts I just wish something’s were outlined a little better for the workout of the day. Some days are the same thing which doesn’t make sense to do a 1RM back squat two weeks in a row. I like the grunt work and accessory stuff just wish there was more core work as well! I end up adding my own at the end.

Fit For Fire… THE REAL DEAL

This program is outstanding. The fellas at the station look at my workout routine like I’m an absolute mad man, but on incidents the proof is in the performance. Workouts are NO JOKE and neither is our job, so get your **** out of the tv chair and pay the man before complacency catches up to you.
