I really like this program since I don't have that much time during the week, I just wish the program will incorporate some core exercises on the wods or AMRAPS oe EMOM.
I know we get some Toes to Bars here in there but we are not really hitting the entire core from different angles.
Thats just me tho.

Just what I was looking for. If I’m running short on time these workouts by themselves can get you through. They are also great supplements to other strength training. Worth the money.
Was a big dude of Josh Bridge's YouTube workouts during Covid and when looking for 20-30 minute workouts I could fit in with my garage gym/so-so set up at the fire station I found Iron & Engine. I think Josh and his team did a great job with this product- it's exactly as advertised and not only are the workouts challenging, I can tell they're periodized correctly so that I know overall I'll be be more fit, balanced, and prepared for dad life and my job. There's also videos if you need help and substitutions listed if you don't have the equipment/need modifications.
Very good program when you don't have much time. It's still missing a bit of cardio, but you can still feel the benefits of favorite exercises like the devil press... I'm going to try another one of his more advanced programs. Thank you.
