Great program! My only issues is that some of the smaller movements aren’t explained/ detailed as much as needed. Granted, you tube is always an option but i know the programming is intended to hit certain muscles and improve certain aspects. So, I’m never actually sure if I’m doing exercises the way it’s intended if there isn’t a video. Lastly, i would like to see a better way to arrange weekly workouts, if i have to skip a day i usually go back to that on the rest day and make it up. But it’d be a lot easier if i could move the weekly programming around to fit my schedule and availability.

I’m currently doing the LFG program. I love it. Only requested would be more weight lifting.

Efficient and fun

A good mix of strength, conditioning and Crossfit wods. Simple movements and for more efficient training movements like OHS, snatch balance, split jerk etc are left out. Movements I do not need if my goal is just to build strength, conditionings and a well-trained body.
