This program is designed and developed by Team USA 9-time record holder, Alex Lee. The program is built with progressions of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk including pulling and strength movements.
Alex Lee has been competing on national and international teams for the USA since 2005. He is a former 9x record holder in the 69kcat. Alex has extensive knowledge working with beginner to international athletes and has studied under a variety of coaches worldwide.

- Strength building in both pulls and squats
- 12 week cycles based on percentages
- 5 training days per week
- Each training session should take roughly 90 minutes
